Fourth generation Houstonian, builder developer, Jonathan Farb, was introduced to the family business of real estate development while in his formative years. His grandfather, Harold Farb, was considered one of the country’s most successful developers and owners of apartment homes with over 28,000 apartments under his purvey in Florida, Texas, and Colorado.
Jonathan frequently joined his grandfather on site visits and was especially fascinated by the design and construction process. Inspired by his grandfather’s strong work ethic, he knew from an early age that he would be following in his grandfather’s footsteps. And, he knew these were big shoes to fill.
After graduating from The University of Texas with a business degree, Jonathan began working alongside his grandfather where he learned the values of always putting the customer first, investing in solid construction practices, and employing a strategic management plan to ensure the highest level of quality.
